2008 Andrea opened his own restaurant, Osteria al Dosso www.osteriadosso.it which he and
his wife, Benedetta, have managed since. Andrea and Benedetta share a common
passion and mission statement: to respect, prepare and serve local, fresh and
organic ingredients and to offer their guests both traditional and modern
recipes from the blessed Valtellina Valley.
