Chef Selena Gearinger

Pastry Chef Selena Gearinger has gained renown for creating divinely imaginative breads, pastries and desserts from organic vegetables, fruits and herbs grown at Winvian and nearby farms. Carrot creamaux, goat cheese sorbet, beet gelee and other deliciously surprising treats are created from peak quality ingredients and Gearinger’s modernist techniques. She trained at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in New Hampshire and has worked at another Relais & Chateaux property, the White Barn Inn in Maine, as well as The Vanderbilt Grace in Rhode Island.
