To complement your culinary experience we have created an eclectic selection of wines. In our wine cellar we have assembled wines from 13 countries 37 different regions including biodynamic, sustainable and organic . And the grand finale: a flight of surprising seasonal desserts from our award-winning Pastry Chef, Jim Hutchison.
