Join us for a spring afternoon in the garden for a curated experience celebrating vibrant botanicals, seasonal flavors and the easy pleasure of time well spent. This exclusive afternoon event invites you to explore our picturesque grounds with a glass in hand as we officially unveil our stunning new solarium terrace and garden.
We are proud to partner with Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin to showcase their full collection of five celebrated flavors. Guests will journey through the property, stopping to enjoy a curated selection of five bespoke cocktails (served in 1 to 5 oz pours) designed to highlight the unique botanicals of the Drumshanbo lineup:
- Pineapple Splash: Featuring Drumshanbo Brazilian Pineapple
- Basil Citrus: Featuring Drumshanbo Sardinian Citrus
- Vibrant Fig: Featuring Drumshanbo Fig & Laurel
- Orange Sbagliato: Featuring Drumshanbo California Orange

Our Five-Diamond culinary team will pair a selection of seed-to-table artisanal bites as thoughtful companions to each gin profile. Celebrate Father’s Day at Winvian with an extraordinary seed-to-table escape on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Guests are invited to begin the afternoon at 12:30pm with a seasonal welcome cocktail or mocktail alongside a fresh garden crudité station, followed by a guided garden tour with Executive Chef Chris Eddy (weather permitting).
At 1:30pm, indulge in a beautifully curated four-course lunch featuring the finest seasonal ingredients from the Winvian gardens and local purveyors, thoughtfully paired with both white and red wines selected by the sommelier.
Each couple will also receive a complimentary bag of freshly picked garden vegetables to take home.
