dogs welcome
Winvian loves its canine companions, and we have five dog-friendly cottages just waiting to welcome your valued pet. There is a $100 lodging fee, per dog, per stay, with dog beds, crates and bowls available upon request. There is a maximum of two dogs per cottage. The Spa and The Restaurant at Winvian are for humans only, but your pet is welcome to join you in the comfort of Maggie’s Tavern.
early check-in
Standard check-in is 4PM. Early check-in is based on availability and can only be confirmed on the day of your arrival. If available, you may request an early check-in, between 12-2PM, for a fee of $350 added to your invoice upon confirmation.
late check-out
Standard check-out time is 11AM. Late check-outs are based on availability and can only be confirmed on the day of departure. Should you wish to confirm a late check-out, a fee of $150 per additional hour until 2PM will apply. Please note: should you choose to remain in your accommodation without confirming a late check-out, the $150 fee per hour will still apply.
deposits/payments
Winvian requires a 50% deposit of the lodging total (including taxes) at the time of booking. The remaining 50% deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of your arrival, a full 100% deposit will be required.
additional guest fees
Rates are double occupancy. Additional guest fees will apply to any lodging reservation or package booked. Children 4 and under are free of charge. 5-17 years are an additional $150/night. Adults 18+ are an additional $250/night.
taxes & complimentary amenities
Complimentary services and amenities included at the resort include but are not limited to: free Wi-Fi and high speed internet, valet parking and/or on-property transportation, use of the co-ed, infrared sauna at the Winvian Spa, access to our gym facility and seasonal access to our pool facility, free access to the virtual NYT during breakfast, leisure bicycles at each cottage during the summer, and on-site, lawn games and activities.
