Sorry, pups! We know you are all good boys and girls, but the Spa is a humans-only retreat.
cell phone policy
No phone use is permitted in the Spa. We provide all guests with a locker to store personal belongings. Cell phones must be stored in your locker, on silent. Thank you for your understanding.
cancellations and late arrivals
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the service time will be accepted with no charge. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the cost for scheduled service(s). Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the service time and services will be charged in full.
suggestions
To maximize the benefits of any treatment, we suggest that guests replenish by drinking plenty of water. Facial results are best extended with sunscreen use. Consider a hat if fun in the sun is on your agenda! Please consult our expert therapists and estheticians for any suggestions specific to your treatment.
pool access
We are delighted to offer our spa guests with services booked the opportunity to extend their relaxation. For a small fee, indulge in the serenity of our pool before or after your treatments, adding an extra layer of tranquility to your Winvian experience.
