November Champagne Dinner

Join sommeliers Pierre Chichportiche and Stefano Middei for an effervescent evening showcasing French champagne legend Maison Billecart-Salmon’s most coveted cuvées.
This prix fixe experience includes canapés and a welcome drink in Maggie’s Tavern followed by a three-course chef’s dinner at The Restaurant at Winvian. Each dish will be accompanied by an exactingly selected pairing from the Maison. Guests will receive expert guidance by a sommelier with firsthand experience of each cuvée’s lineage and production as well as exclusive access to a discounted lodging offer available only to guests of the event.
